– Leave the entry at the narrowest common level with either no NTs or else use local extensions

– Use a flat structure below the narrowest common entry – it seems to me that for some terms it is the hierarchical structure that causes the trouble

– Group Nts into country specific groupings below the common term

– Adopt an agreed common international classification (we would need to look at how to map to these from individuals thesauri)
