WHAT DO I DO?
INSOMNIA
I help insomniacs recover their sleep byassessing their daily habits, as well as theirmindset and perception of their sleep. I make sure that my clients are givingthemselves the best opportunity to achievegood sleep, so that they wake up refreshedeach day. As such, I don't focus on how often theywake up in the night or how long thy sleepfor, but how refreshed they feel in themorning and their performance through theday.
WEIGHT LOSS
I help (mostly) women to change their dietand exercise habits and lose weight. Theamount of weight loss required/desired canrange from a few kilograms to tens ofkilograms. These clients have generally tried diets andgym routines without any success in thepast, due to a lack of motivation. My program looks to develop better habits,which produces significant results, whichgives clients motivation to get better resultsand maintain them in future.
