Credits pre-approved by entity =Credits earned = Credits accepted

Conducted sponsored by a community college, college or state university as defined in s. 1000.21, F.S., a voting or elections system or software vendor, or any entity not otherwise listed in left column Credits pre-approved by entity =Credits earned = Credits accepted PLUS Required documents: agenda/brochure/outline; description of sponsoring entity, content/subject matters; time of attendance/ number of credits pre-approved, qualification of presenters, and required topic covered. Process- Notices 1. SOE is eligible to apply for initial certification (2 years

after taking office) 2. Period for SOE to apply for initial certification expires in

following year (6 years after taking office) 3. Issuance of Initial or Renewal Certification (within 5

days of receipt of application) 4. 30-day deadline to submit documents/application for

initial and renewal is upcoming 5. 30-day deadline to submit has expired with 30-day

grace period to submit application 6. Certification has expired (sent to SOE and Board of

County Commissioners/Financial Officer)
