• On or about January 15, 2014 - noncompliance notices for disproportionate representation (in special education and by disability category) posted on CTT and emailed to districts

• May 16, 2014 – General Supervision File Review notices of noncompliance will be posted on CTT and emailed to districts

• May 19, 2014 – Non-compliance remaining after 365 days from 2013 General Supervision File Review notices of non-compliance will be posted on CTT, emails sent, and hard copy letters to district superintendents sent

• May 30, 2014 – Determination notices for FY 2013 will be issued to districts
