SPARCS = Single Plan Accountability Report Card Suite. It is offered in conjunction with Santa Clara County Office of Education, and includes two reports:
SARC (School Accountability Report Card) SPSA (Single Plan for Student Achievement)

$450 fee per Site

The SARC is free, and there is no obligation to buy the Single Plan. This is letting you know that the Single Plan is not a free service.
2. Each time you log in, you will see this Alert.
3. Click Close.
4. Click School Setup.

Notice that you can check grades for your school here.
I uploaded a school photo and logo. These can be as a jpg or gif files.
5. If revisions are needed, click Edit School Setup.
In this school’s case, the Superintendent/Principal changed since last year. The school decides which name to show on the SARC.

Remember to Save when you are done!

6. When you are done with School Setup changes, click Done.
Note: You can still go back in and make changes later if needed.
7. Click SARC Input.
Now School Setup says Done.

8. Each section of the SARC is similar. Here’s a section that fits on this page.
Click Edit (this section). Make changes as needed, or skip to another section.
Click Save and then Done when you have entered all the information. If you need to add more information later, just click Save, but don’t click Done.

9. You can track which sections you have finished with this checklist.
10. Any time you want to print your SARC for review, click Reports.

11. Click Generate Report.
12. Save the PDF. Review on screen or print.
You can generate a Report as many times as you want! Just log back in, make any changes needed, and click Reports, and Generate Report.
And the best part… All of your narratives will be there next year, so you can edit for the next SARC!
