To ensure that our website provides maximum benefit for our network of exclusive real estate agents, we work exclusively with just 140 advertising partners – maximum of 20 in Barcelona and Madrid and a maximum and only 10 or less for each of the other areas of Spain.

Most importantly we have high levels of visitors from Spain, UK, Ireland, Russia, Germany and Scandinavia.

What Does an Exclusive Advertising Partner Get?1. The Standard fee allows

for 250 properties to be displayed on our site. Any further properties can be displayed at an additional cost. The properties can either be uploaded by an XML Feed or individually. We will take care of the XML feed if you don’t already have one.

2. Free Banner on each individual property that is displayed. This will link back to your company’s website. The banner artwork can be prepared by you or we will

display a standard banner that redirects to your website.

3. Each property has the facility to display an embedded You Tube video.

4. Exposure through our blogs and internet marketing. Each partner gets the opportunity to guest write one post on our optimized blog site which is in three languages (also embedded into spanishhotproperties.com).
