About Catering Options
1. Food is served buffet style2. We provide all plasticwear, paper products, cups, ice, condiments, and buffet tables (if needed)3. Arrival onsite 1 hour prior to “eat time”4. Cook for up to two hours5. Food is cooked throughout service and ensured to be hot and fresh6. Beyond a distance of 50 miles from our location, we do charge a gas surcharge of $50.007. We are fully insured.8. Mobile kitchen equipped with 4 dual fryers, freezer, fridge, flat top, and sinks, we do not need power or water (self sustaining)9. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, friendly staff and food quality10. Please feel free to ask for special requests
