RNA Epitranscriptomics and Proteomics Resource Analysis by Agilent LC-MS QTOF Standard operating procedure (SOP) Author: Dr. Vladimir Ermolenkov Date: 04/23/2018 Summary: This SOP describes the approved procedures for performing self-service analysis on the Agilent LC-MS QTOF instrument. Failure to follow these procedures may result not only in unsuccessful analyses, but also in performance deterioration and instrument damage. Failure to comply with SOP and safety rules will result in the loss of self-service privileges. Sample preparation procedures are described in separate ad hoc SOPs.
