TRAINING PROCEDURE
A. PURPOSE :
- This procedure is to be provided as the guidance for mechanism and implement of
training program.
- To ensure that all employees have standard skill & safe working appropriate with their
job
B. RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORIZATION.
1. Operation Manager He is responsible for :
Ensuring that all employees had been trained related with their job Supervising all persons act in accordance with these procedures. To ensure result of training implemented by all employees
2. Safety Coordinator / Supervisor / Authority. He is responsible for :
Monitoring the safety of all working practices Condition. Reviewing and up dating this procedure
3. Personnel Manager He is responsible for :
Handling administration work to support training program
4. Safety Officer He is responsible for :
Identification and evaluation all risk at work area Monitoring implementation result of training program
5. Workers
Following training program and applied at work area

C. PROCEDURES.
C.1. GENERAL
An effective accident prevention and occupational health hazard control program is
based on proper job performance. The training program basically to increase knowledge and
skill of worker as a accident prevention program. For that, we set the comprehensive training
program expected that this program will be understood and applied on his work.
There are several process before set a training program include of :
- Identification all loss exposure
- Evaluating the risk in each exposure
- Developing a training program
- Implementation a training program
- Monitoring the a training program
C.2. PROCESS OF TRAINING PROGRAM
There are many hazard in our activities. Working near water, confined space
activities, working at height, mechanical and maintenance activities, electrical , road safety
and interaction and others activities which have hazard with different characteristic. As a
accident prevention program, all personnel must be trained appropriate with his job. Training
program must be done effective and correctly appropriate with their need.
C.2.1. Identification all loss exposure
All activities at work area must be registered and identified include of equipment used,
material used, processing, behavior of worker, work environmental and others. Result of
identification must details because it will be used to compare after workers trained.
C.2.2. Evaluating the risk in each exposure
Result of identification will be evaluated about the risk in each task in process and operation.
In this process, complete with how to prevent the hazard.
C.2.3. Developing a training program.

Result of evaluation to be based for developing training program. We have
requirement for training program include of the training needs, program objectives, course
outlines and materials, training methods and instructor
C.2.3.1. Training needs.
Training program is needed :
- For new employees
- When new equipment or processes are introduced
- Procedure have been revised or updated.
- When new information must be made available
- When employee performance and skill need to be improved
C.2.3.2. Program objectives
The objective of Training program should be based with result of evaluating. Objective
should be planned carefully and written down.
C.2.3.3. Course outlines and materials
The next requirement is outline and material standard of training must be related with their needed. We arrange the main topic and subtopic will be introduced logically and duration of training. C.2.3.4. Training Method
We set method of training with objectives that all materials of training will be received by participant easily. Method of training will be applied include of :
- Presentation - Observation - Discussion - Exercises
C.2.3.5. Instructor
The objective of training will be received by participant easily depend on how effort of instructor. We only use professional instructor, For this we set the standard for instructor to train our employees consist of :
- They must have certificate related with his skill - Communicative person - Experience as instructor - Has strong capability and knowledge related his skill

C.2.4. Implementation and monitoring result of training program
The implementation result of training is mandatory for all worker related with his job. Monitoring program will be applied using of job safety analysis to find out successful of training program.
