Sonoma HOA Yard of the Month

Congratulations to Bear Pohler of 2625 Ravenwood and Sophie and Kirk of 2216 Buena Vista Lane who were the winners of our October YOM awards. It was fun to tour the neighborhood and see how many residents really had the Halloween spirit!

During the second week of December, our yard of the month committee will once again be awarding two residents $25 gift cards for exhibiting the holiday spirit!

The Grapevine

As we wind down the year and gear up for the holidays, please consider these safety and security tips.

During the Holiday season we see an increase in auto/home burglaries. Always remember to take your keys, hide your valuables, and lock your vehicle. This suggestion is not only for when you are shopping but while your vehicle is parked in your driveway or at your residence. Purses, laptop computers, video gaming consoles, and other electronics left inside your car are easy targets if left in view.

Don’t advertise your new 50” LCD television or Playstation you received for Christmas to the bad guys by placing boxes on the curb for disposal. Discard those large boxes by cutting them up and putting them in your trash can.

FROM ONE NEIGHBOR TO

ANOTHER...As another summer comes to our neighborhood, Sonoma

families enjoy the great outdoors of our community. While enjoying the outdoors please make sure Fluffy doesn’t leave anything behind. As a responsible pet owner, you scoop it if your dog poops it.

Sonoma is a family neighborhood made up of residents of all ages. Please be considerate when parking in your driveway to not block the sidewalk. We don’t want young children, the elderly or special needs neighbors to have to enter the street to get around these cars...it is just not safe for them to have to do so!

Thank you for your consideration and for asking your guests to do the same.
