MC’s thoughts• The realization of this month are not greater that in

July but we still are overachieving our realization of last years’s August

• We still have an issue on realizing what we planned. This is a general conclusion for most LCs.

• Our performance on X+L is also high for this month so congratulation to the LCs that contributed to this performance.

Conclusions• Total No of X Active Members in AIESEC RO: 504

• 0 | 0% vs. July (the numbers have maintained)

• Members efficiency: 10.9 Mb work for 1 X

• 31.6 was for August 2009

• 3.9 was for July 2010

• Target for term: 2

• Top 3 LCs with active Mb: IS, TM, GL

• LC with most efficient members: BU (3.5)

MC’s thoughts• Amount of members in the LCs is still dropping but is

more stable, except in Iasi where they doubled the amount of members.

• After the peak in July our efficiency is still better than the one in previous years.

• Congrats to Bucharest for being the LC with the most efficiency in members and the 4th biggest in active members, way to go with the performance

ConclusionsTotal value of incomes for LCs: €33.819

• Corporate - €4668 | 25.2%

• Exchange - €2151 | 11.6%

• Grants - €6441 | 34.8%

• Alumni - €142 | 0.8%

•7 LCs applied for Grants, 2 LC received a grant: CT, PI

•6 LCs can support their operating budget from reserves for more that 3 months: BU, CT, IS, TGM, TM

MC’s thoughts• The grant source of revenue has increased considerably,

which is a good sign. Also, the corporate side has started to improve

• For the deadlines in august/1st of september we can see a decrease in the number of LCs that applied. This means that only a few took the opportunity of YIA and EVS. I encourage you to apply also for these grants and most of all, I encourage you to get the EVS accreditation.

• A very big CONGRATULATIONS  for AIESEC Pitesti who joined the LCs that have the EVS accreditation

Final thoughts

• We are still realizing on the summer pick but we need to have better strategies for this period, especially for the OGX part. We still have 304 Available EPs on the platform at the end of the Summer pick.

• Regarding IC, the Romanian delegation was formed out of 10 members - 7 LCPs (BV, BU, CJ, GL, IS, SB & TGM) and 3 MC members (MCP, ICX, OGX).
