CASE STUDY - Amy

Amy has recently enrolled in part-time external study. To keep her on track with assignment due dates, etc, she must do at least 20 hours per week of studying.

Amy is quite busy. She usually gets out of bed at 7.00 am after reading for about an hour. She gets home from work around 5.30 pm and spends the next 2 hours preparing meals and doing daily chores.

On Monday and Thursday evenings, Amy attends Karate from 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm. On Saturday, she goes shopping and cleans the house. On Sunday, Amy sets the entire afternoon aside as her leisure time i.e. walking the dog, visiting people, etc.
