1. Lifestyle Posts (3x per week)2. Inspiring Posts (3x per week) 3. Value Posts (3x per week)    4. Entertaining Posts (3x per week)5. *Product Post (1x per week) 6. *Business Post (1x per week)

Make No More Than 14 Posts a Week (2 a day)

Use Stories (FB and/or IG) For All the Rest (unlimited)

Posts Should Be 5+ Hours Apart

Begin or End Multiple Posts a Week with a Question

Go LIVE 1 - 3x a week on a Consistent Schedule

If post 1 is getting nice engagement, skip your 2nd post... unless post

2 is an important part of your 'marketing' plan (your live or direct for

the week)

Inspiring Posts = These are empowering, posts that lift others up. Can be

a quote but even more powerful, if you add your own thoughts!  

Value Posts = ILT Invest-Learn-Teach (Educate. Share your knowledge)

What are you most passionate about? Your products or the opportunity?

Entertaining Posts =People come to Social Media to be entertained, to

laugh and to take a break. 

Product Post = Share stories without naming your product.

Business Post = Share stories without naming your company.
