• Stay inside the painted lines with the ball
• Cant touch the ball with your hand (except the goalie)
• No intentional fouls

• Soccer is just an all around good sport for physical fitness. So if you want to get into shape and have better health soccer is the sport for you. You can also play in many different leagues year round.
