Go-live date has been confirmed to introduce ServiceNow as IPC (Incident, Problem,Change) tool, replacing current EZ-Service/Remedy tool for FCA/CNHI Customer Accounts.
Go-live date: December 14th 2015.
From Monday, December 14th, all new tickets (Incident, Problem, Change) about FCA and CNHi
Customer Accounts have to be managed in ServiceNow, and not anymore in EZ-Service.

Credentials to access ServiceNow are released by FCA/CNHi Customer. You can check your credentials, and verify which is the domain your UserID belongs to at theICT SelfCare site, at the following link: https://ictselfcare.fiatgroup.com/SelfCare/
On ICT SelfCare site you can change your first logon password that has been setup following
this rule:<First characters of First Name in lower case><First character of Last Name in UPPERCASE><2 digits of day of birth><2 digits of month of birth><last 2 digits of year of birth>Example
Last Name: SmithDate of birth: 30 / 08 /1976 Password generated: jS300876
On ICT SelfCare site you can also setup those questions and secret answers required in anext reset password request.
