Job Description Program Assistant – BDS Products

1. Design and develop a portfolio of BDS products and programs (guidelines, protocols, procedures, formats and feedback mechanisms) for sustainable economic recovery focusing but not limited to micro enterprises and agriculture/livestock cooperatives.

2. Develop and execute orientation/training program(s) for field staff and service providers for implementation of BDS products and programs.

3. Implement planning, and monitoring of program activities for Business Support Centers, as per requirements.

4. Prepare and ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of performance reports (quantitative and qualitative, financial and social) to the management.

Operationalization Plan – BSC Office OBJECTIVE

Procedures for Establishing the Business Support Centre and Operationalize ER Development plan

Task 1 Meet the DCO and inform about your arrival and brief about your project.

Seek local facilitation and assistance in acquiring a place within Worst Affected Union council, as per guidelines, issued earlier.

Task 2Take over premises or Establish camp office otherwise. Meet with the

project’s hosts if any and development partners within 2 days. Firm-up premises selection with partners’ assistance, if not established earlier.

Task 3Visit local communities, within 7 days after arrival in community. Task 4

Based on the personal assessment of area potential and some preliminary discussions with other institutions, identify livelihood activities particularly Agricultural/livestock. 14 days after arrival in community
