Sky Tavern will be selling food and drinks. All proceeds finance the Sky Tavern Junior Ski Program which is a 501(c)3 organization. Held under USAC permit The University of Nevada Cycling Team Presents: The 2012 Sky Tavern Sufferfest Collegiate Mountain Bike Race at The Sky Tavern Bike Park Saturday September 29th and Sunday September 30th Chairlift Access! $15 per racer per day, $5 for spectators Teampay accepted for entry fees only. Sunday Reg 6am-7:45 Short Track- 8am .33 mile lap with 30ft of road climb per lap, weaving single- track descent with a jump option and bypass. Downhill-1pm About a 3 minute run. Steep technical sections with bypass options for every obstacle. Bike Contact: Gary Nagle [email protected] Saturday Reg: 7am-8:30am Cross Country- 8am- MD, MC, WB,WC 9:45am- MA, MB, WA 3 mile lap- 600ft climbing Fire Road up, Singletrack down. Dual Slalom - 2pm Newly built Slalom plan on music and an amazing mid-mountain at- mosphere. Races $20 per race, $10 off second race on same day. From I-80 take 395 south. Take exit 56 onto 431Mt.Rose Highway towards North Lake Tahoe. Go 10.6 miles and the ski resort will be on your right. Camping will be free. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES! Directions
