These two individuals should not be related to you, but should be aware of your involvement in a school or community club or organization. One reference from your school and one reference from the community are preferred, but two school references or two community references are acceptable. Completed applications must be received by Friday, November 1, 2019. It is the responsibility of the youth applicant to ensure that the application has been submitted and received. Applications may be submitted through any of the following:
