Front Page.
The colour scheme on the front page is quite dark which correlates nicely with the themeof winter.
The snowflake on the front of theMagazine will immediately make The viewer think of winter. A snowflakeHas connotations of winter, coldness etc.This connotation of winter links in with theWord on the page ‘winter’
The words ‘winter edition’ shows that thisMagazine is seasonal and most likely only comes out 4 times a year.
The snowflake and the white text are both whiteAnd stand out on the dark blue background. BlueAnd white colour scheme – simple but effective.
The words ‘the first winter edition’ mayMake the reader feel like they are buyingAn exclusive magazine
