SITE LOCATION MAPDESCRIPTIONExtending to approx. 1.2 hectares (2.97 acres) the lands have a generally flat topography with a slight gradient towards the south east. The site is regular in shape and bounded by Oatlands primary school to the south, Oatlands playing pitches to the east, and residential housing to the north and west at Trees Road and Cherrygarth respectively.
