Course Description This is a two module course for customers who do not have automated rules coding experience. Module 1 must be completed before commencing module 2.
Module 1 (5 days) focuses on the concepts and processing of automated rules and introduces coding categories: 1 -3, 5-9, 11, 18, 19 and 50.
Module 2 (5 days) progresses to coding categories: 4, 10, 12-17, 20 – 22, including general rule coding and reservations booking designators (RBDs) coding.

Day 5 is dedicated to becoming familiar with screens in categories 31 and 33.
