SIPC Series IP Cam operating instructions 1. Install App:

1.1. Option 1: Scan the QR Code on the gift box to install App; 1.2. Option 2: iPhone users search for “SIPC” in the App Store; Android users search for “SIPC” on Google play, 1.3. Option 3: Go to website www.scc21.net and download SIPC; 2. Add device:

2.1. Option 1: Add device (fast configuration):

2.1.1 First confirm that your phone is connected to the WiFi, the device con-

nected to the power, after around 20 seconds, you will hear a tone from the device saying “You can now configure the network settings on the device, (if you do not receive configure the network tone, please press the reset but-ton for about 5 seconds to restore the device to default Settings)

2.1.2 Open the SIPC, Click the top to add device button as shown in Figure 1;

and then select the Quick Configure WiFi button as shown in Figure 2.

2.1.3. As shown in Figure 3, Press “Next”; enter the WiFi password, Press “Next: as in Figure 4.

2.1.4. Press the sound wave button as shown in Figure 5, the device receives

the configuration information and then plays tone: received configuration information, Press “Next” as shown in Figure 6; It will then play the tone: connection is successful. Finally, the device will restart (takes around 1min).

2.1.5. 1 minute later the following interface will appear automatically as shown

in Figure 7, the device account will be shown in the upper left corner, It shows the device is online, press the middle play button as shown in Figure 8, enter the access password and press OK to complete.

Note: If you cannot hear “please configure the network” from the device at

first use, Press the reset button for 5 seconds (the device will beep once and then tone “default setting”). After the device restarts, configure WIFI within 3 minutes. If you do not configure the device within 3 minutes, you need to power on or reset the device to configure again.

2.2. Option 2: Add device (AP configuration):

2.2.1. Make sure the device connected to the power and start completed (Ankai

series 3 minutes later, HI series 1 minute later)

2.2.2 Open WiFi settings on your phone, and choose the camera ID (as shown below)

2.2.3 Open "SIPC" application and then scan the QR code located on the label

or press "+" on the top right corner and search local device.

2.2.4 Press the + sign to access camera as picture shown below, enter pass-

word (password on the camera ID label), now we can see the camera real time video.

2.2.5 Press "Setting" at the bottom right corner of the "SIPC", continue with

configuring your personal WiFi settings. 2.2.6 Advance to WiFi setting and choose the WIFI that you want to connect

the camera to.

2.2.7 Enter WiFi password, press ok to confirm. The camera will automatically

restart.

2.2.8 Now you may connect your phone to your regular WiFi and monitor your

camera.
