Prescribers should be alert for neuropsychiatric reactions in patients taking montelukast and carefully consider the benefits and risks of continuing treatment if they occur. A range of neuropsychiatric reactions has been reported in association with montelukast. Among these are: sleep disturbances, depression and agitation (may affect up to 1 in 100 people taking montelukast); disturbances of attention or memory (up to 1 in 1,000 people); and very rarely, hallucinations and suicidal behaviour (up to 1 in 10,000 people).Reference: https://www.gov.uk

There are many types of honey and all of them contain enzymes and nutrients that have a variety of health benefits. Honey has been used for medicinal purposes throughout history. It works as a natural sweetener, helps in soothing sore throat and works as an immunity booster. The taste, colour and exact nutrient of different types of honey depends on where the bees collect it from. It also depends on the type of flowers honey from. White honey has milder flavour as compared to darker honey. Flowers that produce white honey include, sage. Alfalfa, fireweed and white clover.Despite the name, white honey isn't exactly white in colour. But it's lighter in colour than traditional honey. There is another form of white honey called kiawe honey, which is a rare one. It comes from the kiawe trees in Hawaii. This honey is collected as a liquid and it

naturally crystallizes to a smooth, creamy texture, which makes it perfect for spreading on bread or cakes. This white kiawe honey is sold as raw honey.White honey provides you with more than just calories. It has vitamins and minerals including B vitamins, copper, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. It also a powerhouse of antioxidants. The antioxidants in white honey protect your body against multiple diseases. It improves your gut health and thus supports digestion. It also acts as a cold suppressant and helps in relieving pain.Reference: https://www.healthline.com
