simulation & cbts: mixing traditional cbt and low cost simulation in the same training platform
DESCRIPTION

Wrapping up …
▪ COTS/GOTS based solutions are the next future for simulation
▪ Open architectures and compliance with standards enable the development of a Simulator as a Federation of Simulation Assets
▪ Cohabitation of DDS & HLA should be a key driver for the complete interoperability of simulation and real systems.
▪ SimWare is a very powerful tool for saving costs and speed up the time to market of new simulation products.
▪ NCWare, alone or in combination with SimWare, enables the reusability of legacy components in new developments.
