Leadership

Mr. Pradeep Reddy, Managing Director Mr. Reddy is the Managing Director of The Intersoft & Infosun Group of Companies. He is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of the Information Technology revolution in India. He has been at the forefront of Information Technology since 1977. His career spans over 35 years and three continents. Mr. Reddy is a proven information technology innovator who knows how to drive productivity and produce results using the offshore model. Mr Reddy holds a bachelors in Electronics from IIT, Madras & a masters in Computer Science from Penn State. He started his career at the Carnegie­ Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, where he headed the Hardware Group at PERQ Systems, a pioneer in commercial workstations, before returning to India. Mr. Reddy established OMC Computers in 1982 in India & occupied senior positions there. He helped develop pioneering CAD/CAM and simulation products. Mr. Reddy headed OMC when it grew to a 400+ person company and an acknowledged leader in CAD/CAM. Today Mr. Reddy provides strategic guidance to the group to ensure that it meets his vision of affordable, cost effective & user friendly solutions to help SMEs adopt automation.

Mr. Varun Reddy, Director Mr.Varun Reddy is a Director at the Intersoft Group of Companies which provide a diverse range of software products and services to clients in India, the Middle East and the US in the HR & GRC domains. At Intersoft he oversees product development and evaluates new product ideas. Varun has worked extensively in design and development of integrated circuit at IBM's famed Thomas J Watson research center near New York. At Watson, Varun worked on ICs that are used in satellites using advanced VLSI techniques. In addition to electronic hardware design, Varun has an extensive experience in managing software development teams. Varun holds a bachelors and masters degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.

Mr.A.P. Rao, Director ­ HR Product Strategy Mr.A.P.Rao is a Post Graduate from the Premier Management Institute for HR, XLRI, Jamshedpur and has over 25 years of experience in Human Relations, Personnel Management, People Development, Talent Acquisition and Administration. He was the Head HR in Centurion Bank. IndusInd Bank, Birlasoft and also the Senior Vice President HR in HCL Technologies Ltd. He has rich exposure to Human Resource Management in IT / ITES, at a Global Leadership position. His main areas of professional expertise are in Performance Management, Global Recruitment, Organizational Restructuring & Refinement, HR MIS, HRD Processes & Systems, Competency Building & Mergers and Acquisitions. He is highly process oriented and was instrumental in achieving the People Capability Maturity Model level 5 in HCL BPO, first in the world for assessment under Scampi methodology. Under his guidance HCL achieved a status of Best Employer in India He currently holds the positions of Director­ HR Product Strategy­ Intersoft International & CEO, NEXGEN HR­ HR Advisory Services.
