Precision Drilled Spray Balls and Custom Supply TubesOnce the spray pattern and design have been determined, Sani-Matic will manufacture the spray balls and supply tubes to deliver the solution. Orbital welding of the spray balls and custom patterns drilled with a CNC machine provide repeatable and consistent patterns.

Sanitary tube welds use orbital welding wherever possible. All product contact welds are ground and polished to meet your interior finish requirements.

Orbital welds are boroscope inspected to meet ASME-BPE standards.

Sani-Matic is �-A approved for its standard spray ball design when used with a wrap around clip. When considering a special spray ball, there is the possibility

that the spray ball will not conform to �-A requirements. If a special �-A approved spray ball is required, your sales representative should be consulted.
