How do you install Siilo?

Go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your smart-
phone and search for ‘Siilo’. Download the app and open it
to start the registration process.
Step 1. Download Siilo Messenger from the App Store or Google Play Store
When registering, you need to add your first and surname, profession,
mobile number and your work email address. Siilo will send you a 6 digit
verification code through a text message. Please enter the verification
code into the correct field.
Step 2. Complete the registration process
There are two ways to display messages on your homepage. You’ll see the options
‘Secure’ and ‘Simple’. If you select ‘Secure’, you’ll only see that a new message has
arrived. If you select ‘Simple’, you’ll get a quick overview of the content. The choice is
yours! Tap on ‘Next’ at the bottom right of the screen once you’ve made your choice.
Step 3. Give permission to receive push notifications

Set a 5 digit PIN code.
Don’t forget your PIN codeIf you do forget your PIN code you can choose a new one. However, please
note that the content of your messages will be deleted.
Touch/Face-IDUsers who have Touch or Face ID installed can login on Siilo with these
features. Keep in mind that you still need to remember your PIN code in
the rare event that Touch or Face ID don’t work properly.
Step 4. Set your PIN code & install Touch/Face ID
Step 5. Allow access to your contacts and verify your emailAllow Siilo access to your contactsAt first, your Siilo contacts will only include the contacts in your phone directory who are
also using Siilo. For optimal use of the app, we strongly recommend you allow Sillo access
your contacts. Siilo is NEN 7510 certified and the app has been developed in a way that
we will never store your contacts on any servers.
Verify your email addressDon’t forget to verify your email address by tapping on the link that was sent in the
verification email. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find the email
straight away. Also, please use your work email as your email address, this will help
us speed up the verification process!
