0 Sanjeev Madhavan - Solution Consultant - Systems & Solution Business at Rockwell AutomationWhat impresses me most about Siddharth is his attention to detail and his meticulous approach in all that he does. Sidd was single handedly handling almost all the major key accounts of L&T-C&A in the Oil & Gas industry and his efforts were crucial for growing and sustaining this business. He was a great champion for his customers within L&T as well as gently but firmly putting across our point to our customers whenever the need arose.

Sidd always approached any given task (however routine or mundane it might be) with great enthusiasm which was infectious! It was this quality that endeared Sidd to customers and his own team members alike. He would always make sure that no loose end was left hanging and would not hesitate to roll up his sleeves to get the job done. He also had an almost uncanny ability to read and interpret the fine print in tenders and contract documents which was quite appreciable. Needless to say, it was Sidd's rigorous hard work that has helped him achieve success and I'm sure this singular quality will take him places in future
