Work experience
Worked as an Executive HR for Target Corporation India Private Limited for two years (2012-2014).
Job description: As an HR executive at Target Corporation, my responsibilities were to maintain accurate employee records for Target Canada employees and key transactions using SAP. I was also responsible for auditing the requests and keying accurate information into the system. Maintaining high level of data integrity was a critical aspect of this role.
Was also a part of the Communication committee which is in charge of keeping the team up to date of all the announcements and events happening at the organization, highlight being the designing and maintenance of the Target Canada Wiki .
