RETAIL DISPLAY HEADER AND GRAPHIC REPLACEMENT PLANIf you have ordered a logo header or wrap graphic since August 1st, 2018 please follow these instructions to receive updated materials, free of charge.*

1. Locate your original order number 2. Begin a Field Service order in OMS 3. Choose “Ultimate” in the Product Line drop down box 4. In the Part Number box, enter the part number that pertains to your desired display

• Be sure to order a replacement item for each qualifying line item on the same field service order

5. Click the Field Service Tab and enter “Brand update replacement graphic” in the comment box 6. Choose “Display New Development” in the defect drop down box

* Replacement Plan orders must be placed between July 29th, 2019 and October 31st 2019.
