I t has been some time s ince we l a s t wrote you and a great many th ingshave happened since our las t le t ter. We have been really busy and wepray you will bear with us as we try to get i t all in and hope that wew i l l n o t f o rg e t a n y t h i n g i n t h e p r o c e s s .

Fi rs t we are beginning to see resul ts in the area of our Pre-School-I t has been a long and som etim es f r u s t r a t i n g t h ing but our praye r sand fa i th in our Lord tha t t h i s e ffo r t would become r ea l i t y has paidoff . We thought at f i r s t that we were going to have to write to themainland to f ind a teacher. But our Lord has found us one r i gh t herein our own backyard in the person of MISS ZOL ROWN from our SunsetBeach School. Zola was a missionary in Africa years ago and came toHawaii in 1970 to work with th e Sunset Beach Chr i s t i an School and withthe Waialua Chris t ian Church. She i s a very devoted Chr i s t i an and weknow th a t th e Lord has led her to us here a t Maili . Please pray forus as we work to get the property ready for th i s school. We must putup fence in certain areas and get insurance for the church and school.The insurance -for one year will be about *.^1300.00- This amount willinclude f i r e and l i a b i l i t y insurance. If you can help with funds inth ese areas we would certainly appreciate i t . Zola has received somefunds to help with the fence and we are looking fo r additional fundsso we can get our buildings in good shape prior to turning in theapplication to get our license. The restrooms need fixing and theschool building needs a new roof. Inside the ce i l ing needsrepairs as the rains has cause some buckling there We know that theLord will provide as He wants to see the children in our area learnabout Him and how important i t i s to be loved by Him The school willbe a contac t a l so fo r th e church an d we a re conf ident t h a t th e Lord i sgoing to bless t h is e f fo rt for others to learn about Him

Second, many of you know tha t both Dora and 1 have to work toourse lves . So l a s t year 1 changed employers from BurgerMacDonalds. They opened a new MacDonalds jus t a few miles from wherewe l ive . The owner asked me i f 1 wanted a job t he re . After a fewdays of praying and thinking about i t 1 told him 1 would take i t . Afew weeks l a t e r 1 was p u t in c h a rg e o f t h e n i g h t main ta inence crew ast h a t was t h e t y p e o f work 1 was d o i n gc h a l l e n g e and h as g i v e n me a b e t t e rf e l l o w w o r k e r s . P r a y t h a t my e f f o r t st h e w o r k e r s a r e y o u n g p e o p l e c\nd some

a t Burger King. I t i s a g r e a to p p o r t u n i t y t o w i t n e s s t o myw i l l p r o v e f r u i t f u l . Many of
