Pivab has now installed a new fully automatic turret rewinder for single face at Convert Paper in Gostýn, Poland. The turret rewinder works together with a newly installed BHS corrugating line. The rewinder is equipped with automatic knife positioning and razorblade knifes for the best cutting result.

needed the rewinder they sold it through a supplier of used machinery in England to Industrias San Cayetano in Spain. Pivab staff was rather amazed to find the rewinder on a YouTube film clip. Pivab has been helping with the installation and modifications of the rewinder and changes in the program to suit the new customer. Availability to run the rewinder with or without paper cores has for example been added to the initial design. It seems that Pivab customers nowadays can look for used rewinders on YouTube.

Pivab is now manufacturing the second sheet feeder for SCA-Display in Norrkoping, Sweden. The feeder takes large format sheets from a pallet and places them one at a time in the infeed side of the screen printer. The machine capacity is 600 sheets per hour and maximum sheet size is 1600x3200mm.
