As a manager of human resources department, I was responsible for the processes such as recruitment, training, visa procedures, competency matrix, employee welfare, payroll process and retention of the employees.
Below tasks were performed along with the common day to day activities
Recruitment of the candidates depending upon the requirements of the company was done locally , through portals and through agents.
Processing their visa applications, accommodations and airport pickup of the employee along with their induction processes on the day of their joining was accomplished.
Uniforms depending upon the sites and the on job training was coordinated with the concerned site engineers/plant in charges for the knowledge of the employee.
Employees probation confirmation, performance evaluation, memos preparation , welfare related processes was accomplished from our end.
Training technical and non-technical was processed from our end for the improvement of the employee.
E-Magazine was prepared and issued from our end.
Leave applications, salary related payroll processes and bank account openings was processed from our end
Also responsible as a PRO for two free zone companies for all the company related work.
All trade licenses, chamber of commerce, immigration card, environmental certificate, PO box and renewals of the same was processed from our end.

Recruitment was the main basis of my involvement initially with Al Shirawi ESG group of companies, wherein my main objective was to deal with the consultants in India, Nepal and local agencies in Dubai. In recruitment , my job was to screen right CV’s, coordinate with the candidates , arrange the interviews, complete the pre and post interview process.
Along with the recruitment below tasks was also performed by me.
Bank Account opening for all the staffs and workers of 4 companies. Applying visas , Coordinating the arrival of the new joiners and induction process. Joining Formalities for the new joiners. Fixing and handling the appointments of the Corporate Manager. Coordinating for all types
of Insurance such as Insurance for Staff/Workers/Group Life/Accident. Preparing Purchase requisitions related to HR Department. Follow up with LPO’s/Cross-checking and verifying the Invoices. Coordinating for the payments with Payroll. Responsible for the entry of salary in the Oracle system for all the employees.
Updating Oracle Database with the details related to Bank/Medicals/Company Assets. Coordinating with the management for organizing monthly Birthday parties/Annual
picnics. Coordinating with the Publishing for Advertisement and Job offers. SMR Raising for the Uniforms/Safety Shoes/Stationery Items Supported disciplinary actions, warning memos, leave related cases. . Participated in management for change of HR Related projects.

Al Shirawi Electrical & Mechanical company constitutes of 10 companies and I was responsible in the operations of 9 companies.
Processing of visa forms for applying Visit visa, Transit visa & Employment visas for the new joiners, sending mails to Consultants with regards to the arrival and departure of the new joiners.
Handled joining formalities for all the new joiners. Arranging documents for medical of the employees in respect to new joiners and renewals. Maintaining a complete database of the employees. Coordinating with the Head Office in regards to issue of New Labor card, Renewed Labor
