Overview Use Cases Functional

Shared data allowance with individual thresholds 1. Offer parameters are defined in Enterprise Product Catalog and

distributed to relevant components

2. Customer subscribes to offer via: CSR, Self Service

3. For enterprise customers, group-level offer is attached to relevant customer hierarchy by CSR

4. Allowance quota per subscriber can be updated via one of the online channels

5. For prepaid subscribers, allowance is applicable only after associated charge was deducted from balance

6. Several data sessions can be opened in parallel by different subscribers, triggering policy rules when reaching thresholds

7. Policy rules

● Data speed is throttled or blocked

● Overage charges are rated with/without spending limit (optional)

8. Notification is triggered when allowance reaches predefined consumption threshold and when allowance is consumed. Notifications are sent to all the subscribers

9. Account owner can query remaining allowance per subscriber and overall consumption, using online channels
