Quality and Safety Management System (QSMS)
SFS is proud to have implemented A systematic Quality Safety Management System (QSMS). The system contains appropriate requirements, objectives, responsible organization, tools and procedures, is implemented in order to proactively manage, analyze and minimize, against clearly predefined benchmarks, those risks associated with flight operations and related ground operations, engineering/maintenance activities. The performance of such system is the increase in safety.
SFS employees are motivated to co-operate and contribute to QSMS by being made aware that the QSMS is the most important academic aspect of the flight/ground operation performance in the eyes the multi-national oil and gas companies (our core customers). The possession of this system in good working order is what separates aviation companies that have matured in safety control and those that have not. SMS is therefore the foundation of credibility and brand building, which shall in turn enable our company to acquire more business opportunity and grow.
