2. I Feel: Creativity, self expression, curiosity, fun, playfulness, sexuality.

3. I Do: Will, personal power, strength, ability to create & manifest in the world.

4. I Love: Self Love, Compassion, Ability to give & receive love

5. I Speak: Authentic self expression, ability to speak your truth without fear.

6. I See: Imagination, intuition, psychic perception, third eye vision.

7. I Know: Connection to Spiritual, Universal, Source Energy, wisdom, knowledge, oneness.

The Body as an Energy System:

Sushmna-Central Channel: from base of spine to top of the crown. Connecting Earth to Heaven via the body.

Ida, the Left Channel: lunar, cool, feminine, intuitive, receptive, left nostril, right brain. Pingala the Right Channel: solar, warm, masculine, rational. active, right nostril, left brain

Ida & Pingala meet & cross over @ each Chakra Junction, but start and finish on their respective sides.
