Configure SPOTs* PageWith MyIsagenix, you can create and embed SPOTs on any Web site, blog or social network site (like Facebook, Myspace, etc) or in an Email.

To create a new SPOT, just click on the Configure New SPOT button. A window will open on this page where you can create a SPOT.

Use the My Calendar page to manage your appointments and follow-up calls.

Email Center PageUse the Email Center to see your Sent Emails and your Scheduled Emails (messages you have created that are scheduled to be sent 1 or more days in the future).

The Sent Emails section allows you to track your MyIsagenix Email activity. The most recent message appears at the top.

Your marketing success depends on being seen, and SPOTs are terrific tools for helping you capture new prospects. MyIsagenix allows you to configure your own SPOTs and share them all over the Internet!

The following options are available:

• Share: Quick links to share SPOTs on popular platforms.

• Link: Share the link provided (Click in box and Copy, CRTL-C) then place (Paste) your SPOT link to any web page or Email.

• Embed: Select a social network or copy the text provided to embed your SPOT on any web page.

• Button: Select the desired button, then copy/paste the link on any web page or Email.

• Preview: Click the link to preview your SPOT

Upload Custom Video**All uploaded videos will be reviewed for appropriateness by the Isagenix Compliance Department.

Important things to keep in mind:

You must have approval from copyright owners to use copyrighted materials in your videos, i.e. music, voices, non-Isagenix owned items, etc. 

All videos that contain misrepresentations of our products or compensation plans will not be approved for use.

Here is how Isagenix Revealed works:

1. Send the link to your prospect

2. Prospect opens the video

3. Prospect makes personal choices

Isagenix Revealed is powerful because it:

• Offers unique, customized experience

• Allows you to help guide your prospect towards personal success

Isagenix Revealed is NOT:

• Intended as a mass email

• Something to send to a prospect you have never talked to before

• Designed to build your business for you

Follow these steps to send the Isagenix Revealed Email to a prospect:

Note: The prospect must first be entered in your MyIsagenix Contact List in order to send the Isagenix Revealed Email.

1. Click the Contacts tab.

2. Click the Edit icon (yellow pencil) next to the prospect’s name in your Contact List.

3. Click the Send Autoresponder link in the View/Edit Details window.

4. Click the drop-down list and select the Isagenix Revealed option.

5. Click the Submit button.

Once you click the Submit button, your prospect will instantly receive an Email (shown on right) that includes a link to view the Isagenix Revealed Interactive Video.

The Email will also include your name, phone number, Email address, and a link to your marketing Web site.

What happens if my prospect forwards the Email to someone?

If the original recipient (your prospect) forwards the Isagenix Revealed Email to someone, that person will be required to fill out a contact form with their name, phone number and Email address when they click the link to open the video.

Once they submit the form, you will receive an Email notification that includes the new prospect’s contact information.

The new prospect will not be able to view the video until you manually add them to your MyIsagenix Contact List and then send the Isagenix Revealed Email directly to them.

Follow Steps 1-5 on the previous page to send the Isagenix Revealed Email to your new prospect.

When will I receive the Email notification that my prospect has viewed Isagenix Revealed?

Once your prospect views Isagenix Revealed, you will receive an Email (shown on bottom right) with information detailing exactly what your prospect selected and how much time they spent viewing the video.

If someone watches the entire video, including Kathy Coover’s section, they are considered a Hot Lead, and you should receive the Email within 15 minutes.

If someone opens the video, but does not watch Kathy Coover’s section, they are considered a Warm Lead, and you should receive the Email by 3:00am (EST) the day after they opened the link.

The Mobile Phone Application lets you take your marketing system with you, giving you access to your Contact List, quick links to telephone and Email Contacts, view your SPOT performance statistics, Calendar Events and more.

Follow these steps to install the Mobile Phone Application on your smartphone:

1. Click the My Profile tab in the MyIsagenix main navigation bar.

2. Scroll down to the Mobile App section on the My Profile page.

Option 1: Text a link to your cell phone:

Note: use this option only if your cell phone number is entered in the Phone Number field in the My Instant Contact Details section on the My Profile page.

3. Click Text a link to... in the Mobile App section.

4. Once you receive the text, click the link to open the URL on your cell phone.

Now, skip to Step 5 below.

Option 2: Open the URL from your cell phone.

Note: use this option if your cell phone number is not entered in the Phone Number field in the My Instant Contact Details section on the My Profile page.

3. Open the Internet browser on your phone.

4. Go to http://www.myisagenix.com/my/mobile

5. Follow the instructions on the How to Install screen.

Autoresponder Autoresponders are a series of emails that you can set-up to be sent automatically to new prospects when they fill out your lead capture forms.

Alternatively, you can send them manually to individual contacts using the View/Edit Details option in your Contact List. You can choose from several different categories to tailor to the prospects interests.

Calendar Sync Calendar Sync allows you to essentially synchronize your MyIsagenix Calendar to a host of popular calendaring software packages or devices. With the exception of Outlook XP/2003, once you’ve synchronized your MyIsagenix calendar, it will automatically update as you add items.

Instant Contact Minutes/Telephony Minutes

Instant Contact Minutes allow you to be instantly connected via telephone to a prospect who has filled out one of your SPOTs.

If you have configured your SPOT to include the Instant Contact option, once a prospect submits their information, the MyIsagenix system will attempt to connect you with that prospect via telephone. This allows you to talk to the prospect immediately after they have requested information about Isagenix.

Instant Contact Minutes are only available on the Experienced Business Builder and Elite Business Builder subscription levels.

Lead For the purposes of MyIsagenix, a lead is a person who has indicated at some point that they are interested in a home-based business. Leads may be purchased from “lead vendors” - companies that gather leads and sell the information collected. MyIsagenix has chosen Peak Impact as its preferred lead vendor, and the MyIsagenix system is integrated to allow leads purchased through Peak Impact to be automatically imported to your Contact List.

You may also purchase leads through other lead vendors and import them into MyIsagenix via a CSV upload.

SPOT SPOT stands for Social Prospect Orientation Technology. Think of a SPOT as an advertisement you can place on social networking websites, blogs, or your own personal website.

Each SPOT contains a lead capture form, which allows people to submit their contact information in order to learn more about Isagenix. The contact information is then automatically entered in to your Contacts List in MyIsagenix.

There are three different types of SPOTs:

1. Video SPOTs 2. Prospect SPOTs3. Call SPOTs

You also have the option of selecting the size and theme of each SPOT you configure.
