Centralized  Integrated  Vendor  Database  (CIVD)  merupakan  media  sentralisasi  database  rekanan  KKKS  terintegrasi  yang  berbasis  jaringan.

lintas  KKKS.  

q  Transparansi  dan  Akuntabilitas  dalam  proses  pendaYaran  dan  penilaian  kualifikasi  rekanan.  

q  Peningkatan  efisiensi  dalam  proses  pengadaan,  baik  dari  aspek  tata  waktu  pengadaan  dan  maupun  aspek  penghematan  biaya.

Biaya  untuk  1  (satu)  KKKS:  

Biaya  untuk  14  (empat  belas)  KKKS,  dengan  asumsi  bahwa  project  CIVD  dapat  menghemat  biaya  ‘development’,  sementara  untuk  biaya  infrastructure  dan  support  services  untuk  1  atau  14  KKKS  adalah  sama  besarnya.
