With online account access for business, you choose the tools you need to manage all aspects of your business finances online.

Processing schedule: Deposits made before 5 pm Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Any deposit made after 5 pm, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day. Any transaction that does not meet the criteria required by the Remote Business Deposit service will prompt a Member Business Specialist to contact your business to review and verify the deposit.

Remote Business Deposit

Remote Business Deposit provides eligible business members the ability to make check deposits at their convenience through a personal computer and scanning device, or a mobile device and the Alaska USA app. Checks are tallied and scanned, converted to electronic items, and transmitted to Alaska USA for review and credit to the account.

A: Yes. It’s easy to qualify. Alaska USA serves thousands of member businesses located in Alaska, Arizona, California, and Washington. Q: Does Alaska USA have a special account for nonprofits?

A: No. But nonprofit organizations, corporations, and associations using an Alaska USA business checking account that have the IRS exempt status under 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code will automatically have the $5 monthly maintenance fee waived, even if the account balance falls below $1,000 in a calendar month.
