Identify acquisition opportunities and challenges that may be unique to Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) and/or Vet Owned (VO) small businesses competing in the Deptartment of Army contracting environment. 2. Cultivate and develop feasible short/long term solutions to acquisition challenges that may be unique to SDV/VO community or common among the small business community 3. Identify current needs of the SDV/VO community and determine how HQ ACC OSBP can assist with resolution via counseling, facilitation and/policy implementation
