VARALMO – the efficient solution. With our drive controller VARALMO we provide a high efficient
solution in the range of climate control and ventilation
technology. With innovative control algorithms specifically
adapted to special requirements of ventilations, we achieve
optimal system efficiency. Hereby a high potential for energy
conservation especially in the partial load is reached, which
cannot be reached with normal procedures (see graphic
below).
Because of a highly robust and compact die casting cabinet
(protection class IP65 of frequency converter and IP55 for the
electric motor) and a high temperature and vibration
resistance the VARALMO solves any drive control problem
even in difficult environments without any problems.
Unique product features illustrate that the efficiency thinking
in our drive controller platform VARALMO is integrated down
to the smallest detail.
The VARALMO range of SERMES offers a variety of possibilities
for increase in efficiency in many different industries.
All sizes of the VARALMO (from 0.37kW to 22kW) offers a basic
model, which is almost identical in terms of design, handling
and building structure.
De VARALMO is de decentrale oplossing bij
toerengeregelde elektromotoren. Met de
vermogensrange van 0,37 tot 22 kW is deze
regelaar toch een krachtpatser te noemen.
Verkrijgbaar op onze ALMO elektromotoren met
gietijzeren en aluminium behuizing. Tevens leverbaar
in de premium gietijzeren elektromotoren van VEM
uit Duitsland.
Met de Current Vector Control
regelkarakteristiek en een SoftPLC
volgens EN61131-3 en Power Safe
functie maakt deze decentrale
motor/regelaar uitermate geschikt
voor pomp en ventilator
toepassingen.
Tevens heeft de regelaar standaard een EMC klasse
C2 filter. De elektromotoren zijn IP55 en de regelaar is IP65.
