FP - NP / SCP - ISP

1. Applications

For use in food (milk, beer, soft-drinks,…), pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as transfer and mixing pump for liquid food products, drinks, medicines, lotions, etc. Also used as process pump for plate heat exchangers, filters, filling machines and CIP clea-ning systems. Derived from the FP and NP models are the SCP and ISP series of self-priming pumps. These use the same compo-nents but with a different pump casing.

2. Medium

Clean and slightly charged liquids, where the pump materi-als are chemically resistant and the viscosity is below 1000 cSt (5000 SSU). The SCP and ISP pumps are mainly used as CIP cleaning return pumps.

3. Construction and materials

3.1 Standard features

- All parts in AISI 316L stain-less steel non porous and electrolitically polished.

- FP/SCP models: hygienic ver-sion with ports to DIN 11851.

- NP/ISP models: industrial ver-sion with ports to DIN 259 (BSP).

- Shaft Seal: Mechanical seal: carbon /ceramic

Elastomers: FP & SCP: EPDM NP & ISP: Viton

- Motor: Induction motor to IEC Euronorm; 230/400 V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, IP55, 2900 RPM.

3.2 Options

- SS Motor shroud and base-plate with adjustable feet;

- Ports to SMS, Tri Clamp, RJT,...;

- Mechanical seals with metal carbide faces;

- Motor : other voltages, protec-tion class (IP), frequency or explosion proof (EXE, EXD);

- Other elastomers.

1. Applications

Pour l'industrie alimentaire (laiterie, fromagerie, brasserie, jus de fruits,…), pharmaceutique et de chimie fine. En pompe mélangeuse et de transfert pour les aliments, bois-sons, lotions, etc. En pompe d'alimentation dans les échangeurs de chaleur à plaques, filtres, soutireuses, installations avec nettoyage sans démontage (CIP). Dérivées des séries FP et NP, les pompes SCP et ISP sont auto-amorçantes. Elles sont construites avec les mêmes éléments. Seul le corps de pompe est différent.

2. Produits

Des liquides purs ou légèrement chargés qui n'attaquent pas chimi-quement les matériaux de la pompe et ayant une viscosité infé-rieure à 1000 cSt (5000 SSU).Les pompes SCP et ISP sont utilisées principalement pour les retours de nettoyage en circuit CIP.

3. Matériaux et construction

3.1 Exécution standard

- Les parties de pompe en acier inox AISI 316 L, non poreuses, électrolytiquement polies.

- Modèles FP/SCP: finition alimen-taire, raccords selon DIN 11851

- Modèles NP/ISP: finition in dus-trielle, raccords filetés BSP

- Joints: Garniture mécanique: carbone/céra-mique

Elastomères: FP & SCP: EPDM NP & ISP: Viton - Moteur: asynchrone ventilé selon

Euronorme IEC, 230/400 V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, IP55, 2900 Rpm.

3.2 Options

- Capot protecteur et moteur monté sur pieds réglables;

- Autres raccords (SMS, Clamp, RJT,...);

- Joints: garniture mécanique en carbure;

- Moteur: autres classes de protection (IP), tensions et fréquence, ou antidéflagrant (EXE, EXD);

- Autres élastomères.

1. Anwendungsbereiche

Für die Lebensmittelindustrie wie Milch, Bier, Soft-Drinks,... die phar-mazeutische und chemische Industrie. Als Misch-und Förder-pumpe für Nahrungsmittel, Geträn-ke, Medikamente, Lotionen. Als Prozeßpumpe für Platten wär me-tauscher, Filter, Verdampfer, Ab füll-maschinen, Reinigungs geräte, uswAbgeleitet von den FP und NP Pumpen sind die SCP und ISP Baureihen. Diese sind durch die spezielle Konstruktion des Pumpengehäuses selbstan saugend. Die anderen Pumpenkomponenten bestehen aus denselben Teilen.

2. Medien

Reine und leicht verschmutzte Flüssigkeiten bei denen die einge-setzten Pumpenwerkstoffe chemisch beständig und geeignet sind. Für Viskositäten bis zu 1000 cSt (5000 SSU). Die SCP und ISP Pumpen finden hauptsächlich als CIP-Return Pumpen Verwendung.

3. Konstruktion und Werkstoffe

3.1 Standardausführung

- Alle Teile aus Edelstahl AISI 316L, glatte Oberfläche, elektrolytisch poliert;

- FP/SCP Modelle: Hygienische Ausführung mit Anschlüssen nach DIN 11851

- NP/ISP Modelle: Industrie-Ausführung mit Anschlüssen nach DIN 259 (BSP-Gewinde)

- Wellendichtung Gleitringdichtung: Kohle/ Keramik

Elastomere: FP & SCP: EPDM NP & ISP: Viton - Motor: Asynchronmotor nach IEC

Euronorm, 230/400 V, 3 Phasen, 50 Hz, IP55, 2900 UpM.

3.2 Optionen

- Haube und Grundplatte mit höhenverstellbaren Füßen aus Edelstahl;

- Anschlüsse nach SMS, TriClamp, RJT,...

- Gleitringdichtungen aus Metallkarbide;

- Motoren in Sonderspannung und - Frequenz, andere Schutzart (IP), expolosionsgeschützt (EXE, EXD).
