Grazie’s Italian Restaurant & Sports Bar: Fine Italian Food at Its Best!

Grazie’s Italian Restaurant & Sports Bar, formerly Graziano’s, has not only changed in name, but in dining expe-rience as well. Under new ownership, Grazie’s has a new look, new staff, and new chef. These factors have made this restaurant more suitable for new diners, as well as old diners, to come back with adoration. The atmosphere in the restau-rant is perfect for your family and loved ones to dine in. Even if you dine for one, the staff will treat you as an actual guest in their home rather than just another customer.

General Manager Ed Beiler brought in Chef Mark Anthony Bolan from Bal-timore and has orchestrated Grazie’s Italian meals into a fine dining experi-ence. Chef Bolan’s cooking has kept the ingredients simple, hearty, and honest with sophistication. His experience has led him to work under some great chefs from different culinary backgrounds,

but focused mostly on Italian Cuisine. As expected in just about any Italian restaurant, Grazie’s portions are meant to be shared.

My wife and I had Stuffed Mushrooms, Fried Calamari, and Bruschetta for ap-petizers. As for the entrée we had Chick-en Piccata, Baked Lasagna, and Cannel-loni in Rose Sauce. For dessert, we had the options of several cakes; Chocolate, Carrot, Lemon and a New York Cheese Cake. Each plate experienced in the es-tablishment has been a pleasant one as well as surprising. One highlight was the Bruschetta: bread, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil with vinaigrette reduction may sound like simple ingredients; however, its flavors are anything but simple. It’s a combination of sweetness and tartness that would lead your taste buds into ser-endipity. Also, the Cannelloni in Rose Sauce is a signature dish by Chef Bolan that has Mortadella Ham, Spinach, 3 Cheeses with a combination of Marinara and Alfredo sauce.

Along with your dine-in experience, the restaurant offers a soup and salad bar for which helpings can only be limited by your appetite. The wine selection is exceptional and can please any wine en-thusiast. Some wines, like William Hill Estate Cabernet Red, are exclusive to Restaurants like Grazie’s and not sold in stores.

Connected next door to the fine din-ing restaurant is the Grazie’s sports bar that offers standard bar fare and drinks, as well as great fun, and friendly atmo-sphere with music, live bands and kara-oke, depending on the night. You cannot forget the big flat screen T.V.’s to watch your favorite sports.

Having the bar separate is great for keeping the restaurant intimate and family friendly. Come try Grazie’s Italian Restaurant & Sports Bar! A great expe-rience for anyone who loves Italian cui-sine; the service alone is worth the visit. You will not be dissappointed when you try this fine establishment! v

Rarely is a restaurant more than just a restaurant. It takes a magical combination of spar-kling ambiance, exquisite food, and generous hospitality to trans-form a food establishment into a memorable dining experience. Voted #1 in the Inland Empire by the Los Angeles Times, and best Place to get a Margarita by 909 Magazine Readers, Don Marcos Mexican Restaurant and Cantina offers a south of the border atmo-sphere surrounded by colorful, hand painted wall murals de-picting lazy afternoons on sunny beaches.

Don Marcos, located at 10276 Foothill Blvd. on historic Route 66 in Rancho Cucamonga, has achieved this distinction. Unique-ly devoted to traditional Mexican cuisine, from homemade soups, salsa and tortillas to specialty dishes, such as their signature molcajete, which is intended to be shared by two, but could easily serve up to three or four people. What better way to spend a warm

evening than by relaxing on the outdoor patio sipping a chilled margarita (made from 100% aga-ve tequila) and munching crispy, warm tortilla chips with their tasty, homemade salsa or any one of their appetizers or entrees from their extensive menu.

Whether you’re hungry for amazing wet burritos, sizzling fajita platters or something light-er, like a crisp salad or steaming bowl of soup, Don Marcos is the perfect place to meet for a busi-ness luncheon, happy hour with friends or dinner with the kids. Sundays are made to be spent getting your Mexican fix on at the brunch buffet. Dozens of de-licious, authentic dishes are of-fered as well as a build-your-own omelet bar and complimentary champagne. Tuesdays are meant for visiting the decked out taco bar which also offers cheese en-chiladas with rice and beans. There truly is something for everyone to enjoy at this fine Mexican Cantina!
