October 15th at Cloud 9 Ranch is going to be a great weekend! The itinerary for all the fun things going on that day is available. We kick off at 10AM with the Bow Shoot. The Grand Prize for the Bow Hunter and Women's Division are AWESOME! From 10am-2pm there will be shooting for all divisions Youth ( all of the bow shooting cubs will be awarded a medal) , Bow Hunter, Women's and Traditional....... During this time there will also be Team Shooting going on..... Team Shooting is 50/50 Cash Money! At 2PM the top 12 qualifiers in Bow Hunter, Women's and Traditional will advance to the finals. As the brackets break down, the final 3 Shooters in each class will go head to head for the grand prize! Even if you are not into archery, this is definitely something that you will want to see. Skilled competitors will be stationed in one location so specta-tors are welcome to bring out their lawn chairs and watch these men, women and kids shoot it out! Higherways Outdoors, a faith-based hunting and fishing magazine, will be hosting the Wild Game Dinner. Dinner tickets are $15 each. Please buy your dinner tickets in advance. This evening dinner will be more than you can imagine. You are guaranteed to leave the evening feeling both uplifted and inspired. At 4PM the kids who are attending the Wild Game din-ner will be entertained with special hunting and fishing games. At 5PM the Wild Game Dinner Begins. There will be door prizes given away through out the entire day! Cloud 9 Ranch will be doing a fall special on rental campers for that weekend. Book your reservation now and stay any time October 14h -October 17th and save $$$ on your rental fee. Both the 31 foot and 35 foot rentals will only be $38 per night. The 28 foot rentals will only be $32 per night. If you don't know where Cloud 9 Ranch is......We are located in Caulfield, MO on West Highway 160. We hope to see you at Cloud 9 Ranch!

RRC News and Events Come Join the fun on Columbus Day Weekend!
The Ranch Riders Club would like to invite you to be
a part of the Columbus Day weekend Poker Run. The
RRC and the Activities Committee will join together
to host a fun filled day. Volunteers are always needed
and welcome to take part.
Are you ready for the cooler weather? Why not get
geared up with a RRC Hoodies or Sweat Shirt. These
make great fall gifts for yourself or for some else.

Thank you to all the volunteers and everyone that
shopped at the craft house this season. We can
always use volunteers to work in the Craft House
next year when the Craft House opens. Just drop
by the Craft House next year and talk to one of the
volunteers to see what you can do to help.
Craft House Raffle
The Craft House raffle was held on Labor Day
weekend. The winners were:
1st Place-Patricia Miles-Little Rock, Arkansas was
the winner of a crocheted Queen Size Bedspread.
2nd Place-Rebecca Randolph-West Plans Missouri
was the winner of the afgan.
3rd Place-Nola Boothe-Illinois was the winner of
the Queen Size Quilt.
4th Place-Vicki Johnson-Rockaway Beach, MO
was the winner of the CD player.
5th place winner-Nola Boothe-Illinois was the
winner of the cookbook.

Have you ever tried scrapbooking? If you have not done scrap-
booking this is a great time to get started. There will be a scrap-
booking class offered in the Patio Room.
Class Option 1-Prepare fall theme 2 page scrapbook layout. This
package includes all the supplies you will need to complete your
project. All you need is the pictures! Cost $7
Class Option 2-Mini Album complete with embellishments. You
provide the pictures and we will help you get started! Cost $10
This class is not for profit….Just for Fun...the cost of each option
covers only the cost of the kit. To reserve your scrapbooking kit,

The Cloud 9 Ranch Volunteer Fire Department will
be having a flea market and craft fair on October
8th. The flea market and craft fair will be located on
Highway 160. Members, Employees and the public
are welcome to rent a booth space at the flea mar-
ket. The booth rental fee is $10. All of the booth
fees will go directly to the Cloud 9 Fire Department.
Set up time for the flea market and craft fair will be
at 6am on Saturday October 8th. You can pay your
booth fee in the Ranch Accounting Office.

Ranch Member Notice: A group of Ranch Members will be
getting together on Halloween Night
to do a Trunk or Treat for the Kids.
The Trunk or Treat will be held at the
West 160 Drive. If you would like to
join up with these Ranch Members
and help with the Trunk or Treat, then
you can sign up at the Trading Post.
Member Appreciation Dinner
~ Friendly Fellowship~ Cloud 9 Ranch will be holding a Hog
Roast and Potluck Dinner on October
29th. Members are invited to take part
in this evening of fellowship. Cloud 9
will be roasting the hog and Members
are asked to bring their lawn chairs and
a side dish.
For the young ones and the young at
heart there will be a hay ride that eve-
ning. Judges have volunteered their
time to do a kids costume contest as
well.
We hope that you and your family will
attend the Member Appreciation Hog
Roast.
