Harris Grove Baptist Church Fundraiser in Honor of Pastor Mae Francis Golden will be Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 4:00 PM.

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Annual Homecoming and Revival Services will begin with homecoming service Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 3:00 PM. The guest speaker will be Rev. Charles Hamilton, Pastor of New Canaan Baptist Church, Seneca, SC. Revival starts on Monday, September 21-24, 2015 at 7:00 PM. The guest revivalist is Rev. O’Dell Burns, Pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church in Anderson, SC.

September Monthly Membership Meeting

Our Branch still mourns the loss of Mr. Winfred C. Daniels last week, our 93 year old Gold Life Member, a NAACP Champion who will be greatly missed.

We are still excited about our National NAACP Convention Youth ACT-SO competition Gold Medal winner, Olivia Hopkins and our other youth who made us proud, Dustin Sayles, Cedric Shell, and Jadais Young. They were showcased at the Life Membership Prayer

Breakfast in late July and will be again in November 6th at our Freedom Fund Banquet. Also we are still elated about the 2nd Place Winner of the SC NAACP Woman of the Year,

Dr. Flora J. Winestock. Everyone please bring the signed petitions supporting the Restoration of Section 5 of the

Voting Rights Act of 1965.

* We are returning after a great National NAACP Convention in Philadelphia where Olivia Hopkins brought home a Gold Medal in the Youth ACT-SO competition and our other Youth, Dustin Sayles, Cedric Shell, and Jadais Young, did an outstanding job for Greenville Branch. We are so very proud and they were showcased at the Life Membership Prayer Breakfast.
