In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness on Friday, September 4, 2015 from 9am to 2pm
the St. Francis Mammogram Coach will be at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church-505 White Horse Road
to perform mammograms.
St. Francis has been awarded between 15-20 grants for FREE mammograms!
Private insurance is also accepted.
Patient demographic registration forms must be completed prior to September 4th;
please call Carolyn Lasenberry at 864-277-1593 or Priscilla Blassingame at 864-299-1587 to complete the registration form.
We must have fifteen (15) participants to have the coach come out.
Think PINK and come support/celebrate with us even if you do not need a mammogram.

September Monthly Membership Meeting

Our Branch still mourns the loss of Mr. Winfred C. Daniels last week, our 93 year old Gold Life Member, a NAACP Champion who will be greatly missed.
We are still excited about our National NAACP Convention Youth ACT-SO competition Gold Medal winner, Olivia Hopkins and our other youth who made us proud, Dustin Sayles, Cedric Shell, and Jadais Young. They were showcased at the Life Membership Prayer
Breakfast in late July and will be again in November 6th at our Freedom Fund Banquet. Also we are still elated about the 2nd Place Winner of the SC NAACP Woman of the Year,
Dr. Flora J. Winestock. Everyone please bring the signed petitions supporting the Restoration of Section 5 of the
Voting Rights Act of 1965.

* We are returning after a great National NAACP Convention in Philadelphia where Olivia Hopkins brought home a Gold Medal in the Youth ACT-SO competition and our other Youth, Dustin Sayles, Cedric Shell, and Jadais Young, did an outstanding job for Greenville Branch. We are so very proud and they were showcased at the Life Membership Prayer Breakfast.
