Heritage

• 1925 Dubilier Condenser Company Founded by William Dubilier. Design and manufacture of capacitors for radar, radio & tv, & EMC filters

• 1981 Acquired by MPE & became MPE-Dubilier

• 1986 MPE bought by Adwest Group
