1. Keynote speeches by leaders of S&T authorities of China and ASEAN countries;

2. Representatives of bilateral technology transfer centers between China and

ASEAN nations introduce the cooperation achievements and next-step plans;

3. Ceremonies of important projects related to the China-ASEAN Science and Technology

Partnership Program;

4. Signing ceremony of China-ASEAN key cooperation projects.

- Representatives from colleges and universities, R&D institutes, technology transfer

New Energy Forum of 2015 East Asia Summit (EAS)

Time: Morning of Sept.19, 2015

Venue: Presidential Elegant Healthcare Hotel, Nanning

Topics: Strengthening the International Technology Cooperation of New Energy,

Establishing the New Setup of Regional Energy Cooperation

Strengthen the regional policies and measures of new energy cooperation

among EAS countries;

Present the latest research trends and technological innovation of new energy in

EAS countries, thus enhancing the international cooperative R&D;

Improve the commercial model of regional new energy cooperation, broadening

the trade and investment channel of new energy among EAS countries;

Sharing beneficial experience and cooperation demands in new energy

technology and product application among EAS countries;

Attendees: Government officials, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from ASEAN nations,

China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and

Russia.

Venue: No.3 Pavilion of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Centre

(NICEC, the permanent site for CHINA-ASEAN EXPO, covers an area of 850 acres)

Contents: Marine Science and Technology，Modern Agriculture，Environmental Protection，

New and Renewable energy, ICT, Biomedicine, National Important Equipment

Manufacturing , etc.

Exhibition Space: 2600 m2, about 250 exhibition projects

Attendees: Well-known enterprises, technology transfer agencies, colleges and universities,

R&D Institutes of China and ASEAN countries

Exhibition Fee

>> Special Booth: 1000 RMB /m2

S&T governmental departments of ASEAN countries, technology transfer agencies or

enterprises of China can apply for special booth which is designed and build at their own

expenses

>> Standard Booth: 10000 RMB/per booth

Enterprises and institutions can apply for standard booths (3 m×3 m) independently.

Standard ooths are set up by the host in unified styles. The interior layout is designed

and decorated by the exhibitors themselves

A Standard Booth Includes:

Fascia board with exhibitor’s English and Chinese name on, One external light box

(2.4m×1.2m ), Two spotlights, One Spotlight Exhibits Desk, Two chairs, One 5A/220V

socket (International Style)

If additional exhibits leasing, handling and storage, power connection, network

connection, tying and photocopying, etc. are needed, please ask the service center of

NICEC during the exhibition time.

Contents: Industry Analysis; Key Project Promotion; On-Site B2B Matchmaking.

Presentations of policy analyses and technological development trends of

specific industries by government officials and industry experts of ASEAN

member states and China

Promotions for key projects by ASEAN and Chinese enterprises intended to

expand international market (Please register early as spaces are limited)

“One to One” on-site B2B Matchmakings between ASEAN and Chinese

enterprises according to pre-matchmaking.

Note: You can apply for temporary projects display areas in the venue if necessary

- Representatives from famous enterprises, industry associations, chamber of commerce,

technology transfer agencies, colleges and universities, R&D institutes, etc., as well as

S&T B2B Matchmaking Project Collection Form, then send it to your contact person of the

Organizing Committee via E-mail.

The Project Collection Form must be submitted before September 4th

Pre-matchmaking will be arranged by the Organization Committee once the project has been

Main venue: Nanning, the Green City of China

Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi, is located in the Southern subtropical humid monsoon

climate zone. It is known as the "Green City" because of its abundance of lush tropical foliage.

The average temperature of Nanning in September ranges from 24°C to 35℃. Please prepare

suitable clothes, rain gear, and sunscreen as needed.
