Addendum One September 12, 2019

This addendum modifies the Contract Documents only in the manner and to the extent stated herein and shown on any accompanying drawings and will become a part of the Contract Documents. Except as specified or otherwise indicated by this addendum, all work shall be in accordance with the basic requirements of the Contract Documents. GENERAL:

1. Attached is the sign-in sheet for the Pre-Bid meeting held Wednesday, September 11, 2019, indicating all attendees.

2. Per the Pre-Bid Meeting on September 11, all questions regarding this project were to be submitted in writing to the architect no later than noon on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Email acceptable.

PROJECT MANUAL: a. Form SE311 under “Description of Project” - Revise the third

sentence to read “Duration of contract is 75 days.” b. On the “Notes” sheet included in the project manual, item 2,

second sentence should read: “On weeks with home games on Saturdays, contractor will have to finish work by close of business on Thursdays prior to game.”

DRAWINGS: 1. Sheet A201: Delete the following scope of work:

Delete the brick column repair per Key Note 2 along with the related photos #10 and the wall repair detail. This work is not to be included in the bid scope.

2. Sheet A202: Revise the following scope of work:

Provide the concrete repairs for the revised locations & quantities clouded in the upper left hand corner of the sheet related to the Ground Level Concourse. (Key Note 3 along with the related photos #20). See attached revised Sheet A202, revision dated of 9/12/19.
