    1. Attached is the sign-in sheet for the Pre-Bid meeting held Wednesday, September 11, 2019, indicating all attendees.

    2. Per the Pre-Bid Meeting on September 11, all questions regarding this project were to be submitted in writing to the architect no later than noon on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Email acceptable.
