Teachers’DayBySanjanaRana
Teachers’ Day was celebrated on 5th September 2016. Students expressed their love and respect for the teachers by organising a very beautiful programme on this occasion. The theme of this programme was “God’s Guidance Through”. The MCs of the programme were Akansha Kumar and Ashish Singh. Rachel Jacob began the programme with a word of prayer. Then Class XII led the assembly. After that Ashmita Rana, Urvashi Bisht, Stuti Farmer and Rachel Jacob said a few words of appreciation for the teachers. The primary school presented a beautiful choreography, followed by a duet by Blessy Kindo and Hannah Chandamala.
Primary school students recited poems which were written by them. A skit was presented by Class XI students on the importance of teachers.
At last, our Principal ( Mr. Benjamin Newton) gave the vote of thanks to all the students for their love and respect.
